Utilising LiveFPL.net Tools for Fantasy Premier League

Now you’re in, let's take a closer look at some of the key tools:

Live Exact Overall Rank:

LiveFPL updates in real time during a gameweek.

This is unlike the FPL home page which does not update as FPL events happen (goals, assists, yellow cards, clean sheets etc).

LiveFPL will show your team's overall rank (OR) whilst the Premier League games are live. No waiting until the end of the last game of the week to know where you stand.

This includes Live Autosub. Meaning as soon as a game ends and some players don't feature, the Live Autosubs page will show your sub and vice-captain points that are usually added to your score at the end of the week.

The OR updates 30 seconds after any event in the live games and includes potential bonus points.

Effective Ownership (EO):

EO is defined as = Percentage of managers who started a player + Percentage who captained him + Percentage who triple captained him.

For example, for a player with EO = 50%, each point he scores adds 0.5 points to the average.

If 100% of players who owned a player, captained him and no one triple-captained him he would have EO = 200%.

A player with EO > 100% (say ~150%) is a heavily captained one. Meaning if you didn't captain, you lose ground if that player hauls even if you own him. That's because you only get 100% of his points while other managers on average get 150% (1.5) of his points.

On the other hand, a player with very low EO is a 'differential' who can massively help your rank if he scores well.

Two EO values are shown under each player in your starting 11, one in white and one in green.

The white represents EO in the Top10k of players and the green shows EO of the players near your rank.

EO is useful in determining which players can make the biggest impact if you choose to transfer them in or out of your FPL team.

Team of Threats Around Your Rank:

LiveFPL will summarise which players will affect your ranking the most with a visualisation of the key threats you don’t own. See example below:

This page tells you exactly how many places you will rise and fall based on the number of points an individual FPL asset achieves in any given gameweek.

Differential Summary:

LiveFPL tells you which players will improve your ranking the most if they perform well. This is done by LiveFPL working out which of the managers near your rank own the same players as you.

Your top differentials = the players you own with the lowest EO.

Live Top10k:

You can keep an eye on what the highest-ranked players are up to.

LiveFPL tracks which players the top10k managers own. Specifically, which players they have transferred in and which FPL chips they have used.

Transfer Planner:

Plan changes weeks in advance and compare draft teams for free.

Live Leagues:

Here you can choose any of your mini-leagues and it will update the league rank live.

You can keep an eye on your mini-league rivals as It also shows you information about your mini-league, like active chip, captain, number of players played etc.

This feature includes up to 500 teams per league (most tools stop at 50).
